This is now a decade old. The fictional location of the place a fictional character worked at. But the screen death of office boy Ianto Jones really struck a chord with viewers of the BBC drama Torchwood, the Doctor Who spin off which ran on television for four series and still continues as radio plays, books and downloads. I've been back a few times in the last ten years since this spontaneous memorial appeared, right amid the trendy bars and busy restaurants.
